We are an independent broker
Marokańczyk Auto is an independent vehicle-import broker. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of Copart, IAAI, or any other auction platform. Auction names mentioned on this site describe the source of a lot only — they are not a claim of partnership.
Vehicles are sold "as is"
All vehicles are sold as is, where is. Photos, mileage, condition, damage description and other lot details are supplied by third parties (the auction and its sellers) and are not verified or guaranteed by us. We recommend an independent inspection before bidding.
The auction is not a party to your purchase
Copart, IAAI and other auction platforms are not a party to the transaction between you and us and bear no responsibility for our services. Any claim about the accuracy of lot data, the outcome of a bid, or the condition of a vehicle should be directed to us, not to the auction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you submit a request is the one that applies to it.
